Discount Tire & Service Centers - Cathedral City

In my experience, it's not about how you handle things when they run smoothly, it's how you handle things when the unexpected happens. This Discount Tires location handled the unexpected beautifully. We planned to purchase 4 new tires for our Chevy Silverado, and had great customer service with two reps while trying to figure out what to buy. We landed on a selection, set our appointment time, and came in for the appointment only to find that our tires had NOT shipped as planned. In as courteous a manner as you could ask for, they rescheduled and gave us an additional discount for our trouble, even discounting our tire warranty for us. I am not back for an oil change because of their customer service, and I expect more of the same exceptional customer service. Thanks, guys!

Third visit and all three times the counter person gave approx times that were actually 40% longer. Not recommended unless you have someone pick you up and return when they call you. Except I waited for a call the last time and finally called to check. Was told the car was finished an hour ago but forgot to call. Doibtful I will return or recommend.

I recently visited Discount Tire Center in Cathedral City (store #55). I would like to take this time to acknowledge several employees at this location. Noah - I was greeted with nothing but professionalism. Noah is very courteous and proficient in his job. Noah is the example of a good Management. Next employee I would like to acknowledge is Jim. Jim is very good at what he does. He is proficient and knowledgeable and extremely patient. He really cares about the service that he renders and I believe he is a asset to Discount Tire Center. Last but not least, I would like to acknowledge Santos. Santos worked on my vehicle and I am very pleased at his competence and expertise as a service employee. He was courteous, respectful and he completed the work order ahead of time. I would just like to say, all of the employees at this location exemplify the level of professionalism that is rare and very welcomed in this day and age. Please acknowledge them for all of their hard work and professionalism.
